Carlos Sanchez has been with First 5 Fresno since February 2005. He assists First 5's Operations Director to assure contract compliance. When asked about First 5, Carlos responded, "It is a great feeling working for an organization that makes a difference in the lives of many people. Working as Operations Specialist has given me a lot of insight to the many programs and services provided by the Commission."
